We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Yomi Pet. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need your order number or other proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at huangxiaobi099@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions from us.
Items returned without first contacting us and receiving return instructions may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when you receive it. Contact us as soon as possible if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Please email huangxiaobi099@gmail.com with your order number and, where applicable, photos or other information showing the issue. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or other applicable restrictions.

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, you may request a return for your original order according to this policy and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
